Editorial #322 Why do We Need New Laws?

Politicians and bureaucrats seem to have the impression their function is to make new laws to fix things.  If the Ten Commandments were used as the moral compass for justice, no other laws would be needed.

Another overlooked point is; making laws is easy, the enforcement of those laws is the problem.  Making more laws to fix failures in existing laws only exacerbates the lack of enforcement of laws already on the books.  Laws never stop crime or the incentive to cheat, it simply challenges law breakers to find new ways to keep from being caught.

The bureaucratic system of laws and regulations further exposes the lack of integrity in an increasingly dishonest government.  The data generated on the economy, monetary reports, inflation, consumer prices, crop reports, the climate, the pandemic, immigration, healthcare and security is not reconciling with the reality we all see.

These rogue government agencies consistently report data that lacks logic and substantiation.  But even when proven wrong, they continue to impose their invalid data to cover their mistakes which affects the new laws, rules and regulations making the laws even more dysfunctional.

The names given to government agencies and departments are oxymorons, with titles having little to no relation to their actual function and purpose. The Department of Energy produces no energy; the Internal Revenue Service never provides services; the Department of Agriculture grows nothing, only creating solutions for problems that were created by overly intrusive regulations from the EPA which spends $Trillions to stop global warming, while yet being able to show any progress on controlling the climate.

Federal Agencies, like FBI, CIA, DOJ and the State Department, are supposed to be the chief law enforcement officers for the country, but show little improvement on stopping crime, corruption or security breaches.

It is becoming more obvious these law enforcement agencies are not interested in protecting the country, but only in perpetuating their own existence by hording the information they gather for extortion and black-mail and not security.

The information gathered from investigations like that of Hunter Biden, the validity of the elections, the Capitol Insurrection, the sex abuse in women’s gymnastics and the corruption of insider trading by politicians, are not used for the delivering justice.  Information is held in secret by these law enforcement agencies and ‘weaponized’ for nefarious purposes. This gains control over politician and the laws that affects funding, administration and the staffing as well as positioning to be a power player in the ‘New World Order’ agenda.

Nothing done by these bureaus seems to improve our life, liberty or pursuit of happiness.  Our government “of the people, by the people and for the people” is being decimated by self-serving, parasitic government bureaucracies who are more interested in having power in the ‘great reset’ than enforcing laws to protect our country and its loyal, patriotic citizens.

This is Keith Kube wishing you the best in making the world a better place.
